The “HomeSense 2008 Fall Trends Shopping Spree” Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) commences at 9:00 am PT on Thursday, September 11, 2008 and concludes at 11:59 pm PT on October 1, 2008 (the “Prize Draw Period”).
ELIGIBILITY
2. This contest is open to residents of Canada who are over the age of majority in their province or territory of residence as of the first day of the prize draw, excluding employees of the Prize Draw Sponsor (namely Winners Merchants International L.P.), its/their parent and affiliated companies, representatives, dealers and agents, contest suppliers and judges, and those with whom they are domiciled. The Prize Draw is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

3. There is one (1) Grand Prize in total to be won. To enter for a chance to win the Grand Prize, visit http://www.homesense.ca/falltrends (the “Website”) complete the entry ballot on-line in full and submit it as instructed by the Prize Draw Closing Date. All entrants are required to correctly answer a skill-testing question in order to be eligible to win. No other form of entry will be eligible. No purchase is required to enter. Only one (1) entry per person/per email. Multiple entries of any kind by the same person will be disqualified.
PRIZES
4. There is one (1) HomeSense 2008 Fall Trends Shopping Spree Prize in total to be won. The HomeSense 2008 Fall Trends Shopping Spree Prize consists of a HomeSense gift card totaling an approximate retail value of $2,500 Cdn. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Prize Draw Period.
