Once you have correctly answered all five questions, complete the online entry form, including your full name, complete mailing address, telephone number and email address, and click “Submit” and you will be automatically entered into the draw for the Grand Prize. Limit one (1) entry a day per person and email address using this method.

Minors can enter this Contest, but anyone under 18 years of age at the time of entry into the Contest must specify in their entry which parent or guardian the prize should be awarded to in the event the minor is selected to win the prize.
