1. This Contest is open to all residents of Canada, who have reached the age of majority in their Province or Territory of residence, except employees, representatives and agents of the Contest organizer, its affiliated companies, their advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers of prizes, materials or services related to this Contest, as well as their immediate family (father, mother, brothers, sisters, children), legal or common-law spouse and anyone residing with these employees, representatives and agents.
    HOW THE CONTEST WORKS
  2. No purchase necessary. To participate, visit the www.hanes.ca Website during the Contest period and click on the Wedgie-Free microsite link or visit directly www.hanes.ca/wedgiefree. Click on Wedgie Free Wednesdays section. If you have not entered the Contest already, click on “Enter!” and fill out, one by one, all the required fields by providing your first name, last name, telephone number, complete address, age and your e-mail address. You will then also have to confirm that you have read and agree to the Contest rules. After completing the form you have to click on “Submit” to send your entry form.
  3. There is a limit of one entry per person for the duration of the Contest period. Entrants may not use more than one (1) email address to enter the Contest, even if they have more than one email address.PRIZES
  4. There is a total of six hundred and fifty (650) Hanes No Ride Up panties to be awarded during the Contest period. Winners will have the possibility of choosing between three (3) different Hanes No Ride Up panty styles namely, Brief (sizes M-3XL), Bikini (sizes S-XL), or Hipster (sizes S-L). Panty colors will be at Contest organizer’s discretion. There is a limit of one (1) prize (i.e. one (1) panty) per person. Fifty (50) panties will be awarded per week for 13 weeks.
  5. Prize Draws: The Prizes will be awarded by random draws from all eligible Contest entries received between the Contest starting date and the applicable draw. Draws will be held on Thursdays of every week (one draw per Contest week for a total of thirteen (13) draws) starting the week of August 14, 2008. Each draw will be held at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time at 1550 Gilford street, Montréal, QC, H2J 1S2 on the following dates (“Draw”):• Draw for Contest week 1 – August 14, 2008
