I went to the Shoe Company at Trinity Commons Brampton, yesterday evening. The experience I had was disgusting. The kids shoes in the discontinued section, buy 1 save 25%, buy 2nd save 50% is just a hoax to get the public to but. I picked up two pairs from there for my nine yr old. Showed an employee and she confirmed the savings, went up to the rude cashier, who said the box was wrong for one pair of the shoes, kept me waiting for ten minutes until some checked said that they were 19.99 instead of 9.99. The battered shoes and boxes in the reduced section is not my problem, SO I LEFT THE STORE AND WILL NEVER RETURN. I shop in the states where those shoes are half of the prices, but I thought to check the so called bargains they have there. USELESS. RUDE, AND OBNOXIOUS STAFF AND SO LONG FOR MY BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN. I’LL GO WHERE I CAN SAVE MONEY AND BE TREATED LIKE A HUMAN AND NOT AS A SUSPECT!!!
