   I have tried several times to order samples and order condoms - but the website was always down.

   Yea that’s a lame offer, how ya ever supposed to get anything from them if either the website is down — or nothing works—> links fail, mail won’t submit, and their online store won’t ever open.
   WASTE OF TIME!
