Later was at super store and checked the price out of curiosity, and they price match! so 2 more cans into the cart. Didn't bat an eye at the till. Later went to another shoppers and had several items and one can, and the can scanned at 88 cents, so I saved 12 cents off my jug of milk, etc as well! Awesome! However, I almost didn't get them, and had they called the manager to the store front, I likely wouldn't have got them at all! As the check-out lady said, how can you take $1 off of 99 cents? She tried it, and it worked, so she let the transaction go through, but scolded me and said she'd only do it this time only! So, not only did I get 10 free cans of cranberry sauce, but I got 10 cents off my candy purchase too, from the change difference. PLUS, there was no tax on cranberry sauce. I did this the other day and got 10 free cans! However, I almost didn’t get them, and had they called the manager to the store front, I likely wouldn’t have got them at all!
