Box 302, Dept 289, Oakville, ON L6J 5A2. Mail-in entries must be sent in a separate envelope with sufficient postage received by 11:59 PM (ET) December 20, 2009.
Limit of one (1) entry per household per day regardless of the method of entry. If it is discovered that an entrant (household) attempted to enter more than once per day, all of the entrant’s entries will be void.
the grand prize consits of
